Usage

Four-side Automatic Paste Sachet Packaging Machine is suitable for packing paste, thick paste material in the medicine, food, daily chemical and other industry into sachets.

1. Advanced performance. It has high strength, low noise, compact structure, smooth operation, convenient maintenance and long service life. 

2. Using five-axis servo synchronous drive, human-machine interface touch adjustment, and PLC control, each actuator can be positioned accurately and automatically synchronously.

3. High degree of automation. This machine can complete the tasks of longitudinal sealing, longitudinal cutting, transverse sealing, filling, coding, easy tearing, dotted line cutting, transverse cutting, and finished bag output in one go.

4. Use a high-precision integral rolling heat sealing roller as the sealing mold. Sealed on four sides, multi-row bag form. Since the sauce material is prone to leakage at the bag seal, a grain-free flat sealing roller is added to ensure a tight seal. Moreover, the packaging speed is fast, the bag shape is flat, exquisite and beautiful, and the packaging efficiency is high.

5. Adjustment is quick and convenient. The bag length can be adjusted steplessly without changing the mold. And functions such as vertical sealing, horizontal sealing, filling, batch number printing, dotted line cutting, and cross-cutting can all be adjusted through the human-machine interface.

6. Accurate filling and measurement. For slurry materials with different consistencies, a reciprocating plunger pump controlled by a rotary valve is specially designed, or a servo motor is equipped with an adjustable stroke eccentric disk to push the feeding, so that each row of bags can be individually and accurately metered and adjusted.

7. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, and all actuators are driven by servo motors. Each actuator can accurately and automatically position simultaneously, with reliable performance, easy operation, and high degree of automatic control.

8. The photoelectric tracking system is adopted to ensure automatic alignment of the double-sided patterns of the packaging bag and has an automatic counting function.

9. It has strong adaptability to packaging materials. The sealing temperature of this machine has automatic control function and high control accuracy. It can be adapted to a variety of packaging films produced at home and abroad, such as PET/ALIPE, PET/PE, NY/AL/PE, NY/PE, etc.

10. Additional functions can be added appropriately. For example, dotted line knives, flat cutting knives, and even special-shaped knives can be used for bag cutting. Coding can be equipped with different steel character coding (hard batch number) and various alarm requirements.
