This Granule Liquid Multi-Line Sealing Machine is designed for the pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical and other industries, and is suitable for the packaging of loose, non-sticky granular materials. High-quality sealing technology: The high-precision integral rolling heat sealing roller is used to seal the four sides of the sealing mold to ensure that the bag shape is flat, firm, beautiful, and the packaging quality is excellent.

Convenient adjustment and operation: longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, filling materials, printing batch numbers, dotted line cutting, cross-cutting and other actions can be easily completed through the human-machine interface, which is convenient and fast.

High-speed and efficient packaging: The two-way synchronous feeding mechanism greatly improves the packaging speed. The equipped triangular measuring cup metering system supports multi-row synchronous or single-row stepless fine adjustment to ensure metering accuracy.

Photoelectric tracking and automatic counting:  Granule Four-side Sealing & Multi-line Packing Machine photoelectric tracking system is adopted to ensure automatic alignment of the double-sided patterns of the packaging bag.

Wide material adaptability: This machine has strong adaptability to packaging materials, supports a variety of packaging films such as PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/AL/PE, NY/PE, and has a high-precision sealing temperature automatic control function.

Rich additional functions: Dotted line knives, flat knives or special knives can be selected for bag cutting according to needs, and various alarm requirements and other additional functions are supported to meet personalized needs.
