Ⅰ. Choose the right packaging material
The granule packaging machine should use packaging materials with good barrier properties, heat resistance, cold resistance and toughness, such as multi-layer composite plastic bags. These materials can effectively prevent the granular materials from getting damp and deteriorating due to changes in the external environment (such as humidity and temperature) during the packaging process.
Ensure that the thickness and strength of the packaging material are moderate, able to withstand the pressure and tension during the packaging process, and avoid the packaging bag from breaking or deforming during sealing.
Ⅱ. Optimize the sealing parameters
According to the characteristics of the granular material and the requirements of the packaging material, adjust the heating and sealing parameters of the granule packaging machine. Ensure that the sealing temperature and time are appropriate, neither too high nor too low. Too high temperature and time may cause the packaging bag to be heat-sealed loosely, resulting in burning or leaking; while too low temperature and time may cause incomplete sealing and poor sealing.
