The Paste Four Side Sealing Sachet Carton Packing Production Line is designed to meet the needs of efficient and automated packaging of small-bag sauce products. The entire production line covers multiple processes such as longitudinal sealing, longitudinal cutting, transverse sealing, filling, coding, easy tearing, dotted line cutting, transverse cutting and finished bag output, which can be completed in one stop, greatly improving production efficiency. In addition, the production line is also equipped with a photoelectric tracking system to ensure the accurate and automatic alignment of the double-sided patterns of the packaging bag during the molding process, ensuring the appearance quality of the product.
This machine has excellent adaptability to packaging materials, automatic adjustment of sealing temperature, and high control accuracy. It is suitable for a variety of packaging films at home and abroad, such as PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/AL/PE, NY/PE, etc.
In addition, additional functions such as virtual knife, flat knife or special-shaped knife cutting bags can be added as needed to meet various alarm needs.
