The packaging speed of the liquid four-side sealed packaging machine reaches 20-50 bags/minute/channel, and the packaging speed of the carton packaging machine is stable at more than 30-100 boxes/minute. The four-side sealed liquid packaging machine is easy to adjust and has accurate measurement.
The bag length can be adjusted with a simple procedure without changing the mold. It adopts advanced human-machine interface technology, and can adjust the functions of longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, filling, grooving, longitudinal cutting, line breaking, and transverse cutting.
Through the linkage of the fully automatic liquid back-seal packaging machine and the automatic cartoning machine, the entire packaging process has been greatly optimized. After the liquid product is packaged with the back seal, it directly enters the cartoning machine for cartoning operation, without manual transfer or waiting, which greatly reduces the production time. Thanks to the use of advanced filling, sealing and cartoning technologies, as well as precise control systems and sensors, the linked production line can ensure the accuracy and consistency of each packaged product.
